AI tools
for commerce
Chrome extensions, in-store assistants, content analyzers. GPT-4o, Vision, Whisper — wired into your storefront, not bolted on.
I design, build and deploy AI-powered tools for D2C brands.
End to end. Problem framing → architecture → code → AWS → iteration.
I run operations for a D2C personal-care brand in India. Shopify plus nine marketplaces, cash-on-delivery logistics, a support desk, a call centre, a warehouse that needs the right orders and none of the wrong ones.
Every system on this page exists because one of those things broke on my watch and buying software wasn't going to fix it properly. So I framed the problem, designed the system, wrote it with AI, put it on AWS, and stayed on it until the team stopped thinking about it.
No computer-science degree. No engineering team to delegate to. What I do have is the thing agencies never get: I am the user. I feel the broken workflow at 11pm, and I know when a tool is actually finished.
Fifty-plus systems in production.
Zero engineers hired, zero agencies briefed.
The number on the other side. RTO at 5.1%. Four forms collapsed into one modal. Nobody maintaining a spreadsheet so a dashboard can work.
Not as autocomplete. I hold the architecture and the standard, AI holds the syntax. That combination is why one person can run thirty servers.
Motorcycles and the apps that came out of them: group ride tracking, a live OBD2 dashboard, fuel logs. Records get mixed after midnight.
Three things, deeply. Everything else is implementation detail.
Chrome extensions, in-store assistants, content analyzers. GPT-4o, Vision, Whisper — wired into your storefront, not bolted on.
Support desks, CRMs, HR tools, analytics. Replacing spreadsheets, Google Forms and "we'll do it manually" with real software your team will actually use.
COD intelligence, NDR rescue, pincode RTO, cohort analysis. Turning Delhivery, GoKwik and EasyEcom into one decision engine.
Fifty-plus shipped. Three worth your time.
RTO cut from 15% to 5.1%. Every COD order verified before dispatch — WhatsApp buttons, AI voice calls and a human queue feeding one state machine that gates the warehouse — and every failed delivery rescued after.
Instagram solved in one place — collabs, reels, ads, mentions, inbox. AI listens to every comment so the brand knows what people are saying and the team attends to everything with ease.
Better experience for customers, smooth operations for the team, real analytics for leadership — one ticketing tool replacing Gmail and spreadsheets. 11,223 tickets and counting.
Three case studies up top. These run every day too.
Four moves. No discovery decks, no "phase 1 of 6", no agency theatre.
Most briefs are wrong. An hour with you, your ops team and your data — and we both walk out with a one-page problem statement that matters.
Stack chosen for your reality, not my preferences. A working prototype against your real data the same day — often within hours. You'll know if this is the right fit right away, not in a month.
Real code. AWS, Cloudflare, Caddy, systemd, automated backups. Production from day one — whole tools have gone from brief to live in a single day, not a demo that "we'll harden later".
Full handoff docs and a runbook so any engineer can take over. Or keep me on retainer for iteration. Your call, no lock-in.
Forty-five tracks on SoundCloud, mostly collaborations with vocalists and rappers. Same finish-it discipline, different console.
Records I produced as MIRA — released, distributed, and live on every streaming platform. Play a taste here, or open the full track on Spotify.
Previews are 30-second clips. Tap the arrow on any release for the full track on Spotify.
Best fit: founders and ops leaders at D2C brands who know what's broken and want it shipped, not specced.
